As you can see, the truck was in rough shape. But this old work-horse has tons of strength left to take the battle to streets of Rochester NY. I discussed my design concept with the builder and how I envisioned the truck to be set up and they drew up a floor plan.
Honestly, this is when I knew it. A wild idea has begun to take form. My truck just came alive. Look at this amazing kitchen on wheels! Most restaurants don’t look this nice.
I believe in providing the best service to my customers, which is you. This is why I designed the work area to be the most efficient as possible.
I completely understand how frustrating it is to stand in long lines in restaurants, not to mention having to wait in long lines at a food truck during your lunch break.
My goal is to provide the experience for my customers, from the best sandwiches to fast service!
