In anticipation for the 2019 4th of July Celebration with the Town of Irondequoit: We have scheduled our Mandatory Food Vendors Meeting for Wednesday, June 12th, 2019 @ 6pm. Location: Irondequoit Community Center, 154 Pinegrove Ave, Rochester, NY 14617.
We have some important information to share with regards to:
* Fire & Health Inspections with Fire Marshal, Greg Merrick
* New Safety Requirements for Food Trucks regarding Propane Tanks
* Map with Your Location on Town Grounds/Layout
* Security and Emergency Procedures
* Electrical Requirements
* Vendor Rules
* Set Up Times (We would also like to obtain anticipated set up times from you, as the vendor, so we can coordinate on our end)
* Coolers/Tent Rental
* Soda/Water: The Town is no longer going to purchase/provide soda and water for any vendor. All vendors will need to provide their own water and soda for re-sale. Although, it is imperative that all Food Vendors sell drinks at the SAME PRICE POINT (to include same size of drinks). We will be discussing in more detail and voting on re-sale prices (any vendor not in attendance will have to understand that any decision made during the meeting, they will have to comply with).
We are very excited to continue building on the momentum of last year’s success with the changes and additions we’ve made. We are committed to keeping the festival fresh and new; an event that will continue to attract residents from throughout the community! We are looking forward to another successful year with the Town of Irondequoit 4th of July Celebration!!
